R.S.V.PERFECT | Be the Best-Dressed Wedding Guest

A floral stunner from the ELLE by RW&CO. Collection via RW&CO.

Wedding season is upon us (does it ever actually end?) and while you might have RSVP'd and ticked off her registry list, you might not know what on earth you're going to wear. It's stressful. I mean, you want to look amazing because, we all do. You'll likely see some people you haven't seen in awhile and of course, you want to look your best for the bride and groom's big day. But do you play it safe? Or go bright? Plus there's that nasty budget to contend with. And then there are the shoes, and the clutch, and the jewelry, too. Oh, and hair and makeup. Phew.

If you're not in the wedding party, remember this: the pressure's officially off. No speeches or showers or wedding to-do's, you just have to show up looking cute. That's all. I've rounded up some pretty ideas for you to try out if you're currently looking for some wedding day inspo. I've gone beyond the LBD with some fun little finds for you. Enjoy and happy wedding season to you!

HOW TO ROCK IT |  While you might be afraid of stealing attention away from the bride in a super bright hue, remember this: there is no wrong colour to wear to a wedding, except for white or off-white. End of story. A bright dress shows that you're ready to celebrate, whether you go for pretty in pink, a sunny yellow or a cobalt blue. Be sure to suss out the bridesmaids' wedding dress colour before rocking a bold solid hue - after all, there's nothing more embarrassing than looking like a wannabe.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | 1 STATE Ruffle Waist Midi Dress, $142, Hudson's Bay

HOW TO ROCK IT |  With jobs, kids and all of life's daily responsibilities, there are way too few occasions to be impractical. Invited to a summer wedding? Be sure to pick up a fun little clutch. This heart-shaped beauty will help you break the ice with every new wedding guest you meet.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Heart-Shaped Clutch, $34.99, Call It Spring

HOW TO ROCK IT |  The right red lip makes every outfit look more modern. Start with a lip primer, then swipe this on, especially if you're wearing any shade of pink dress. To use a '90s reference, and because I will always love SATC, Carrie Bradshaw would totally approve. My only caveat - if you're wearing red please avoid this colour and stick with a neutral lip, por favor.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Nars Audacious Lipstick in Lana, $37, Sephora

HOW TO ROCK IT |  Not really an earring person? Neither am I. And yet I wear the much-loved Bella earrings by Swarovski every chance I get. These earrings will take any wedding day outfit to the next level because they are so gloriously oversized and sparkly, without being the least bit tacky.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Bella Earrings, $85, Swarovski by Elegant Goldsmiths

HOW TO ROCK THEM |  There is nothing less attractive than limping around in uncomfortable heels. If you want to go high, opt for solid ankle wrap style - the extra support around your ankle is an absolute must for a long night on the dance floor. Now work that shopping cart.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Leather Strappy Sandal, $99.95, Le Château

HOW TO ROCK IT |  Some people say that wearing black to a wedding is way too depressing. My take? A boring little black dress is depressing, no matter what the circumstance. If you're going to go black this wedding season, think outside the box. A lace top worn with a folded skirt looks fresh and new, while a black jumpsuit looks perfectly evening ready, too.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICKS | Lace Top, $12.95, H&M; Calvin Klein Gold-Embellished Jumpsuit, $104.30, Hudson's Bay

HOW TO ROCK THEM |  One other way to make sure your all-black look doesn't fall flat? Try a pair of floral pumps, guaranteed to catch the envious eyes of your fellow wedding attendees.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Ivanka Trump Floral Pump, $170, Town Shoes

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Italian Lamb Leather Blazer, $249, Danier

HOW TO ROCK THEM |  You've thought about your dress, your shoes and your perfect wedding gift but sunglasses are often an afterthought. Don't let bad shades ruin your whole wedding look - a pair of chic black cat-eyes are an inexpensive way to keep your look glam for any outdoor ceremony.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Cat-Eye Sunglasses, $12, ALDO

HOW TO ROCK IT |  Looking for a way to stand out in the crowd? A super fun floral print is just right for a spring or summer wedding and will instantly show off your playful personality.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Cece by Cynthia Steffe Floral Shift, $111.30, Hudson's Bay

HOW TO ROCK IT |  Just because you're wearing a fun print doesn't mean you have to stop there. An embellished rhinestone clutch that ties into the colours of your printed dress will put you at the front of the guest list. Just don't skip the line at the bar - even fabulous girls have to wait their turn.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Rhinestone Embellished Clutch, $50, ALDO

HOW TO ROCK THEM |  Not a fan of nude heels? Metallic silver or gold sandals will keep your legs elongated but add a slightly more playful touch to your look. Again, only you know your heel height limits so pick a metallic heel that's the right comfort level for you. Now back to those sweet dance moves.

OUR WEDDING-PERFECT PICK | Metallic Ankle-Strap Sandal, $80, ALDO
